The challenge

This is what usually gets in the way.

The fear of losing SEO

Years of rankings can be erased by careless redirects. That's why every migration starts with a complete SEO inventory and a 301 map for every single URL.

Data that disappears

Products, customers, orders and reviews must come along — complete and verified. We migrate with checksums and sampling, not gut feeling.

Custom functionality

Custom code and plugins are mapped before anything moves. Every feature gets a Shopify equivalent — native, via app, or custom-built.

Downtime mid-season

Launch is planned around your sales calendar with a clear rollback plan. The store never closes — it changes engines.

What's included

Concrete. Documented. Yours.

Technical pre-analysis

A complete map of your current platform: catalogs, integrations, code dependencies and risks — before any decision is made.

SEO protection plan

URL mapping, 301 redirects, metadata, structured data and internal linking — documented and verified after launch.

Complete data migration

Products, variants, customers, orders, discounts and reviews moved and validated against the source.

Design and theme

A fast, conversion-optimized theme built on your brand — not a template that looks like everyone else's.

Integrations

ERP, PIM, inventory, shipping, payments and email connected and tested in staging before launch.

QA and launch protocol

A checklist with hundreds of control points, test orders in every flow, and tracking verified before go-live.

Post-launch optimization

For the first weeks after launch we monitor rankings, speed and conversion — and adjust immediately.

The process

How it works.

  1. 01

    Discover

We analyze your current platform, data and SEO profile, and identify every risk before the project starts.

  2. 02

    Architect

A migration plan with URL map, data model, integration solutions and timeline — anchored with your team.

  3. 03

    Build

Theme, data and integrations are built and migrated in staging. You see and test everything before anything goes live.

  4. 04

    Launch

A controlled launch with redirects, tracking and a rollback plan. Low-traffic window, no surprises.

  5. 05

    Optimize

Follow-up on rankings, Core Web Vitals and conversion — the migration is done when the numbers say so.

Common questions

Objections deserve real answers.

Will we lose SEO when migrating to Shopify?

Not if the migration is done right. We map every URL, build a complete 301 map, move metadata and structured data, and monitor rankings daily after launch. SEO protection is its own workstream in the project — not an afterthought.

How long does a migration take?

It depends on catalog size, integrations and the amount of custom functionality. A typical migration takes 6–12 weeks. After the pre-analysis you get a concrete timeline — not a guess.

We have a lot of custom code. Is it still possible?

Yes. The pre-analysis documents every custom feature, and together we decide what gets replaced by Shopify native, apps, or custom builds with Shopify Functions.

What happens to our store during the migration?

It keeps selling as usual. Everything is built and tested in a separate environment, and the switch itself happens during a planned low-traffic window with a rollback plan.
