Analytics & Tracking
Stop guessing. Start measuring what drives decisions.
Every growth decision is only as good as the data behind it. We implement measurement that captures the entire customer journey — accurate, complete and documented — so every dollar can be traced to its effect.

The challenge
This is what usually gets in the way.
Data nobody trusts
When GA4, Meta and Shopify show three different numbers, the team stops using data. We build a measurement foundation everyone can trust.
Signal loss in advertising
Without Conversion API and server-side tracking, ad platforms optimize on incomplete data — and your ROAS with them.
Reports without answers
Dashboards should answer questions, not create new ones. We design reporting around your actual decisions.
What's included
Concrete. Documented. Yours.
Tracking plan
A documented measurement plan: every event, parameter and conversion defined before implementation.
GA4 & Google Tag Manager
Correctly implemented GA4 with Enhanced Ecommerce and a GTM container built to be maintained.
Server-side tracking
Server-side GTM and Conversion API for Meta and Google — more signal, less data loss, better optimization.
Attribution
An attribution model that matches your business — and honesty about what attribution can and cannot answer.
Dashboards
Decision dashboards with the KPIs that actually run the business, updated automatically.
QA & documentation
Every event is tested and documented. The next person who opens your container understands everything.
The process
How it works.
- 01
Audit
We review your current measurement and quantify the data loss.
- 02
Plan
The tracking plan is anchored with marketing, finance and leadership.
- 03
Implement
Client- and server-side implemented, tested and verified.
- 04
Activate
Dashboards, attribution and monthly analysis make the data actionable.
Common questions
Objections deserve real answers.
Our data doesn't match between platforms. Is that normal?
Some difference is unavoidable — platforms measure different things with different methods. But large deviations are almost always implementation errors. We find the errors, fix them, and document what the remaining differences are caused by.
Do we need server-side tracking?
If you buy ads: probably yes. Ad blockers and browser restrictions mean a significant share of conversions never reach the ad platforms client-side. Server-side restores the signal and improves the platforms' optimization.
How do you handle GDPR and consent?
Consent Mode v2, correctly configured consent management and data storage within the regulations are part of every implementation — not an add-on.
Can you take over a messy GTM container?
Yes, that's a common starting point. We inventory, clean up and rebuild with naming standards and documentation so the container can actually be maintained.
