Who's responsible for your data

ScaleLab Agency ("ScaleLab", "we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described here. We're based in Sweden. If you have any question about your data, email us directly at info@scalelab-agency.com — a real person reads it.

What we collect, and why

When you fill in the Growth Plan™ booking form, the Growth Assessment™, the ROI Calculator™, or our newsletter signup, we collect what you type into those forms: your name, email address, company, and answers about your business (revenue range, platform, priorities). We use it for exactly what it looks like — to reply to you, prepare for a meeting, and send the material you asked for. We don't buy, sell, or rent contact data, and we don't collect anything from these forms beyond the fields you fill in.

When you book a meeting through the calendar tool embedded on our site (Calendly), the name, email and time you provide are processed directly by Calendly to create and manage the booking, in addition to being visible to us.

Legal basis and how long we keep it

We process your enquiry data based on your consent (submitting a form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We keep it for as long as it's relevant to a potential or ongoing working relationship, and delete it when it no longer is — or immediately if you ask us to. Email us and we'll remove your data within a reasonable time, unless we're legally required to keep specific records (e.g. invoicing) for longer.

Who else sees it — our third-party tools

Form submissions are sent as email through Strato (our email provider) to our own inbox — no third-party CRM or marketing platform sits in between.

We use Meta Pixel to measure and improve our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising — it can set cookies and share browsing behaviour with Meta, which processes data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We use Google Analytics (GA4) for site traffic analytics on the same basis. Both are third parties based outside the EU/EEA; data transfers to them rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or equivalent safeguards.

Meeting bookings go through Calendly, and the site itself is hosted on Vercel — both process data as independent controllers or processors under their own respective privacy policies, which we encourage you to read if you want the full picture.

Cookies and tracking

Our site uses cookies set by Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and — when you open the booking widget — Calendly, to measure traffic, ad performance and to enable booking. We do not currently show a cookie consent banner; if that changes, this section will be updated accordingly. You can block or delete these cookies at any time in your browser settings, which may affect the booking widget's functionality.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email us at info@scalelab-agency.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se) or your local data protection authority.
